Key Responsibilities
Lead the production of detailed and coordinated documentation for high-end Interior projects.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Apply expert knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods to deliver accurate and buildable designs.
Mentor and guide junior team members in documentation best practices and technical detailing.
Work across multiple project phases, from concept development through to construction.
Utilise Revit and other industry-standard tools to produce high-quality drawings and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
8+ years of industry experience in reputable firms.
Advanced Revit skills (essential).
A deep understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience delivering complex Interior projects across high-rise residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and consultants.
A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a high-performing design team.
