Job Description
This is a full-time role for an Interior Construction Partner. As an Interior Construction Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and execution of retail brand stores. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in Mumbai, but with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Experience in budgeting and construction management
• Strong knowledge of architecture and design principles
• Ability to inspect construction sites and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the retail or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
