We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Art & Framing Consultant to join our team. As an expert in interior décor and art consulting, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients receive the best possible framing and artwork solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and consult them on their art and framing needs
• Understand client preferences and suggest suitable frames, mounts, and artworks
• Convert leads from online sources into sales
• Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
Requirements:
• Proven experience in interior décor, art consulting, picture framing, or premium retail sales (1–4 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Aesthetic sense and eye for design, color, and composition
• Confidence to consult high-end clients
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred
• Based in Mumbai and open to showroom and client site visits
