About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Interior Design & Sales Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients visiting our experience centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and engage with clients at the experience centre, explaining various design concepts and options tailored to their layout and budget.
Finalize designs and close deals through effective communication and negotiation.
Review and approve drawings created by the design team before production or site execution.
Coordinate with the execution team during ongoing site work to ensure timely completion.
Maintain relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to handover.
Requirements
Formal education in Architecture or Interior Design.
Minimum 8 years' experience in the Interior Design industry.
A strong client-facing personality with excellent verbal and communication skills to interact with demanding professionals (architects) and elite clientele.
A go-getter attitude with no compromise on timelines.
Strong project management skills and coordination ability with various teams on the construction site.
