Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Interior Design Associate. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand and meet their design requirements, creating space plans and interior design layouts, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The associate will also coordinate with other team members and vendors to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Communication with clients and contractors to achieve design goals is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and collaboration with vendors for sourcing materials.
• Excellent Communication skills to manage client relationships, present designs, and coordinate with teams across different departments.
• Ability to work on-site and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational background in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software and familiarity with industry standards are an asset.
