Interior Design Associate
The Interior Design Associate will support the Senior Designer in various tasks, including shadowing design discussions, preparing minutes of meetings, and tracking project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, recommending enhancements and serving as a sounding board for the Senior Designer.
• Participate in site visits and file management across HomeLane tech systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure great design outcomes and build relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.
• Contribute to commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes for transparent and fair estimates.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Design education background - B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, Diploma in Design.
• 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design / Architecture.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Modular furniture.
• Practical knowledge of SketchUp.
• A great attitude.
