Key Responsibilities:
• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations aligned with client needs and brand aesthetics.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Coordinate with project managers, production teams, and vendors for execution.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements.
• Prepare mood boards, renderings, and presentations for client approvals.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Work within timelines and budget constraints while maintaining design excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential or modular furniture projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Prolance, 3ds Max).
• Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and modular manufacturing processes is a plus.
