Additional Information:
• This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
• This role is located on-site at IKEA Tempe, NSW 2044.
• You must have the availability to work 7:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday (and occasional weekend or public holiday shifts according to business needs).
• As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates.
• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a National Police Check. ABOUT THIS WORK AREA As an Interior Design Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Using your passion for home furnishing to contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
• Communicating and implementing your home furnishing knowledge to create and inspire home furnishing solutions for customers (involving customer visits) through creating in-room settings, homes, vignettes, and sales support areas that reflect the IKEA identity.
• Stimulating and increasing the interest in home furnishing through constantly showing new and inspiring solutions that motivate people to visit the IKEA store frequently.
• Assisting in building furniture and setting up new room-sets when required.
• Using the IKEA product range to show the distinct and different styles that appeal to many individual tastes and needs within the local market.
• Reflecting the IKEA Brand identity by creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support, and co-worker areas. As an Interior Design Co-worker, you are or have:
