Job Description: Interior Design Drafter
Position Overview:
As an Interior Design Drafter at Artitians, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and design plans for interior spaces based on the site specifications and requirements or the vision provided by the interior designer. Additionally, you will visit sites to take measurements of the required areas and draft the layout based on the measurements gathered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site Visits
• Drafting
• Revisions and Modifications in Drawings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in CAD software and Sketchup.
• Knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with designers and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Previous experience working in the interior design or architectural industry.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time, office-based role.
• Interaction with clients and design team.
