Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of Cabin Interiors , including Galley, Lavatories, and Stowages .
Create 3D models and modify designs using CATIA V5 .
Ensure compliance with ATA Chapter 25 & 40 requirements for aircraft interiors.
Conduct feasibility studies and optimize designs for weight, cost, and manufacturability .
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and design reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, certification, and suppliers .
Conduct design reviews and implement modifications based on feedback.
Ensure adherence to Airbus/Aerospace industry standards and safety regulations .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering fields .
• 3–8 years of experience in Aircraft Cabin Interiors design .
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 for 3D modeling, drafting, and assemblies .
• Strong understanding of ATA Chapter 25 & 40 and aerospace design standards.
• Experience in Airbus/Aerospace domain is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze structural and ergonomic aspects of cabin components .
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work in a collaborative environment
