At finemake, we are seeking a skilled Interior Design Estimation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates of interior projects by analyzing floor plans, 3D designs, and 2D production drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates of materials and services required for interior design projects
• Evaluate the scope of projects by reviewing architectural plans, designs, and client specifications
• Analyze design documents and specifications to determine quantities and costs of materials and services
• Communicate with clients and partners to discuss estimates, answer questions, and provide updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience as an estimator or similar role in the interior design or construction industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
