About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our interior design projects are executed on-site efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site.
• Supervise contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with interior designers to ensure design compliance.
• Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Manage on-site workforce to ensure efficient project execution.
• Evaluate work carried out in accordance with approved drawings and design specifications.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in construction, interior project execution, or site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical plans.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of interior materials, vendors, and market pricing.
