About the internship:
Are you passionate about interior design and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field? First Pillar is seeking a motivated Site Engineering - Interior Design intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in site visits and field measurements to gather accurate data for design projects
2. Collaborating with the design team to develop concept ideas and mood boards for client presentations
3. Researching materials, finishes, and furnishings to support the design process
4. Communicating with vendors and contractors to coordinate project logistics
5. Assisting with project management tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing project documentation
6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing ideas and participating in team meetings
