Interior Design Lead (3D visualizer Office Space

Role Summary:

As the 3D Visualization Lead, you will take ownership of the visualization pipeline and guide the creative output of all 3D interior renders. You will collaborate with 2D interior designers to transform concepts, mood boards, and 2D drawings into photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. Your visuals will support internal design reviews, client presentations, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of 3D rendering production for office interior projects.

Translate design intent into photorealistic 3D visuals, ensuring spatial accuracy, lighting realism, and material fidelity.

Work closely with 2D interior designers' teams to interpret concept presentations and layout plans.

Maintain and continuously develop a high-quality library of 3D assets, materials, and lighting presets for efficiency and consistency.

Manage visualization timelines across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

Review and optimize 3D models from AutoCAD before rendering.

Conduct quality checks to ensure every render meets the design and brand standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in 3D visualization focused on interior design, preferably office or commercial spaces.

Expert-level knowledge of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.

Strong command of Photoshop for post-production.

Good understanding of lighting, camera composition, materials, and interior styling.

Experience working with interior design teams to interpret drawings, mood boards, and FF&E.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and mentor junior visualizers
