We are looking for a Full time Interior Design Manager who is creatively inclined and loves great design, is passionate about interior design, and provides exceptional customer service. The most important is being able to help your clients create beautiful gorgeous spaces . This is a great opportunity also for newly graduated interior design students who need experience in the real world and are looking to build their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• To own Customer Experience during the client onboarding journey
• Offer top of the line Customer Experience and cultivate relationships with clients to pitch designs, concepts & layouts for projects
• Responsible for achieving sales goals, delivery goals and creating and maintaining a client base.
• Strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to create CAD based floor plan and work with design software & templates.
• Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge related to interior design, furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
• Be above board on interior design trends globally.
• Work with the Design team to create attractive designs and layouts
• To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Good understanding of materials and products used in Interior Design
Experience
• Have 1- 5 years of hands on experience of working with interior firms, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and delivering luxury residences.
• Holds sales expertise in:
- Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch
- Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
• Holds design expertise in:
- Conceptual design (layout, style, mood boards)
- Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
• Holds behavioural attributes of :
- Result oriented
- Team work
- Integrity & Ethics
- Crisp & meaningful communication
• Have Good communication presentation skills
• Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
