Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee and manage all phases of the interior design and fit-out process, from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring projects s on track and on budget. • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular cost reports. Proactively identify potential budget overruns and recommend cost-saving solutions. • Vendor & Site Management: Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Autocad Support: Utilise AutoCAD for layout design, revisions, and project documentation. Work alongside design and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution • Client Interaction: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, they get prompt response and expectations are exceeded. Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly. • Continuous Learning: Embrace a growth mindset by seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge of parallel project management streams such as construction scheduling, procurement, and interior design. Required Skills & Experience: • 2-3 years of experience managing commercial interior projects, including knowledge of budgeting, planning, and project execution. • Exposure to AutoCAD for basic design work, revisions, and layout management. • Strong understanding of construction processes, including vendor management and site coordination. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to problem-solve on the fly and maintain composure under pressure • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the commercial interior space. Desired Qualities: • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. • A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges. • Ability to travel to project sites and vendor locations regularly. • Good English spoken and written skills. Software skills requirement: • Fluency in MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoin • Basic use AutoCAD (2D) • Good to have MacOS Keynote and MS Project familiarit
