Company Overview
• Interior Designer/Architect with minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in executing Turn Key Interior projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to be able to multi-task with constantly changing priorities
• Strong organization and follow up skills are required
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Microsoft Office, 3DS, AutoCad, etc. is preferred
• Good Command over English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
Responsibilities
• Project execution along with management of Contractors, Suppliers and Designers
• Site inspections and measurements with the Client/Design team
• Material Quality control, Material Inventory management and optimization
• Procurement Management - Cost optimization, Verification of Supplier/Contractors bills/invoices
• Project Scope includes all kinds of works such as Civil, Carpentory, Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, Finishing works, etc.
• Project Plan preparation, tracking, progress reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to SKD management and customer as per requirement
• Planned V/S Actual tracking and reporting of Project Scope, Cost and Timelines
• Collaboration with Design team
• Ensure excellent finishing and successful Site handover to the client
• After sales service to the client as per the terms
