Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design projects, from initial client consultation to final installation. This role requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and project goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Be a part of project meetings, including kick-off meetings, design presentations, and progress updates, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Conduct comprehensive site supervision to oversee project progress, ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
• Review design concepts, drawings, and material selections to ensure alignment with client expectations, project requirements, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics, including sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials, obtaining quotes and bids, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Oversee project documentation and administration, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and project files, to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate closely with designers to translate design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications, facilitating seamless integration of design elements into the project execution.
• Develop and maintain an execution timeline, meticulously planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion and handover according to client expectations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge required in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the confidence to lead project teams and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
