Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Designer to manage our design projects from initial concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our senior designers and project managers to develop design concepts and presentations. You will also be responsible for creating detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models, as well as sourcing and selecting materials, furnishings, and finishes.

Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and presentations with senior designers and project managers.

Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models.

Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes.

Presentation of design proposals to clients.

Coverage of all aspects of a project including budgeting, timelines, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum of four years' experience in interior design, particularly in commercial projects.

Excellent proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Effective time management and organizational abilities.
