• Interior Designer/Architect with minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in executing Turn Key Interior projects2) Strong analytical and problem solving skills3) Ability to be able to multi-task with constantly changing priorities4) Strong organization and follow up skills are required5) Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Microsoft Office, 3DS, AutoCad, etc. is preferred8) Good Command over English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
Responsibilities
• Project execution along with management of Contractors, Suppliers and Designers2) Site inspections and measurements with the Client/Design team3) Material Quality control, Material Inventory management and optimization4) Procurement Management - Cost optimization, Verification of Supplier/Contractors bills/invoices5) Project Scope includes all kinds of works such as Civil, Carpentory, Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, Finishing works, etc.6) Project Plan preparation, tracking progress reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to SKD management and customer as per requirement7) Planned V/S Actual tracking and reporting of Project Scope, Cost and Timelines8) Collaboration with Design team+) Ensure excellent finishing and successful Site handover to the client10) After sales service to the client as per the terms
