Interior Design Sales Executive
Sales Executive – In-Office | Spazioliv (Premium Interior Design Studio – Pune)
Location: Pune (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 years in sales (interior/real estate/luxury services preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Tools: Must have own laptop
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads and client inquiries from digital and referral sources
• Convert leads into high-ticket sales for premium home interior projects
• Build rapport with clients and understand their design requirements
• Present Spazioliv’s offerings confidently and persuasively
• Maintain CRM entries, follow-up timelines, and sales pipeline updates
• Collaborate with the design team for smooth client onboarding and project alignment
• Close deals efficiently and ensure timely sales conversions
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and feedback
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience (preferably in luxury/interior/home decor sectors)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and industry trends
• Sales conversion skills with a focus on high-ticket clients
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
• Familiarity with the Pune market and client mindset
• Must be punctual, organized, and goal-driven
• Own laptop required for daily operations
