Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales located in Thane, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Person will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing and guiding the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential clients, cultivating leads, and conducting training to ensure that team members meet sales targets and maintain high performance. ou should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the client with the best idea & drive Sales Closure.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and address customer needs effectively
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in training and guiding teams to achieve their goals
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the interior design or related industry is advantageous
• 4+ Years of Experience
• Minimum Experience 1.5 years as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered minimum 2 to 4 Residential projects.
• Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
• Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
• Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
• Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
