Proven experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning & new construction)
A track record of exceeding sales goals in luxury retail or furniture showroom settings
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials, fabrics, custom furniture, window treatments, accessories, rugs & more
An impressive portfolio of previous work
Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to make home calls to customers for a complete design solution
A valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to provide own transportation to and from customer homes
Availability to work Saturdays and some holidays, no evenings

We are looking for talented Interior Designers, Design Consultants, and Luxury Furniture Sales Associates to serve our clientele and undertake various design projects.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the initial meeting or home visit
• Interpret and translate client needs into visual presentations
• Establish costs and project fees according to client needs
• Research and source products, materials, and fabrics
• Produce sample boards, mood boards, and presentations
• Supervise project progress
• Collaborate with clients and support teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning & new construction)
• A track record of exceeding sales goals in luxury retail or furniture showroom settings
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials, fabrics, custom furniture, window treatments, accessories, rugs & more
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design software a plus
• An impressive portfolio of previous work
• Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills
• A BS degree in Interior Design or similar preferred
Requirements:
