Schedule:Full-Time, Mon-Fri from 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay rate: starts at $27/ hr- $29/ hour
Location: Orange County, CA | Travel Required: 2x/year to North Carolina
We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our design and merchandising team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help bring showroom spaces and brand concepts to life-perfect for someone passionate about interiors and visual storytelling.
What You'll Do:
• Assist with design and setup of showroom spaces and brand visuals
• Create polished presentations for design concepts (PowerPoint)
• Support private showroom appointments with design recommendations
• Help manage inventory and vendor orders for accessories, rugs, and art
• Keep showroom displays aligned with brand standards
• Stay on top of current design trends and share ideas with the team
✅ What We're Looking For:
• 1-3 years of experience in interior, retail, or commercial design
• Strong attention to detail and eye for space, layout, and color
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in a showroom setting is a plus
• Interior Design degree is a bonus
• Familiarity with NetSuite is helpful
• Must be able to travel 2x/year for trade show events (April + October)
