Job Description
As a Residential Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and visualizing interior spaces for residential projects. Working closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, you will translate design concepts into realistic 3D renderings that capture the essence of each space and align with the client's vision and requirements. Your expertise in interior design principles, coupled with advanced 3D rendering skills, will contribute to the creation of aesthetically pleasing and functional living environments that reflect the unique preferences and lifestyles of homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate 3D models in SketchUp for architectural and interior design projects.
Develop high-quality renders using Enscape or V-Ray, including lighting, material application, and post-production.
Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle needs, and project goals, and translate these insights into creative design concepts for residential interiors.
pace Planning: Develop detailed floor plans and layout designs that optimize the use of space, enhance functionality, and accommodate the client's requirements for each room or area within the residence.
Material and Finish Selection: Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative elements that align with the design concept, budget, and overall aesthetic vision of the project.
3D Visualization: Utilize 3D rendering software to create lifelike visualizations of residential interiors, including furniture arrangement, lighting effects, and spatial configurations, ensuring accuracy and realism.
Virtual Walkthroughs: Generate virtual walkthroughs or fly-through animations that allow clients to experience and interact with the proposed design concepts, providing them with a realistic preview of the finished space. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, material selections, and 3D renderings, and effectively communicate design rationale and recommendations.
Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans, address technical considerations, and resolve any design-related challenges that may arise during the construction phase.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of 3D renderings and design documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and design standards.
Continued Education: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in residential interior design and 3D visualization, and actively seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
Experience with rendering tools: V-Ray and/or Enscape.
A solid understanding of lighting, materials, and spatial composition.
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven 1-3 years experience in interior design and 3D visualization, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar tools.
Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a passion for creating visually stunning and functional living spaces.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and build rapport with clients.
Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and regulations is preferred.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects and 3D renderings.
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and trends in residential interiors is a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (for post-processing) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
