About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our growing team and play a vital role in bringing our residential developments to life. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that showcase the beauty, functionality, and appeal of our properties for marketing and sales purposes.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning 3D visualizations.
● Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of residential buildings, interiors, and surrounding landscapes using specialized software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp).
● Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to create high-fidelity renderings that capture the essence of the designed space.
● Create 360° panoramic views and virtual tours to provide immersive experiences of the properties.
● Prepare high-resolution images and animations for use in marketing materials (brochures, websites, social media), presentations, and sales pitches.
● Stayup-to-date on the latest 3D visualization software and rendering techniques.
● Maintain a well-organized library of 3D assets and textures for efficient project execution.
● Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient 3D visualization workflows.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field (preferred).
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or a similar role.
● Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills.
● Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit a plus).
● Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona Renderer is a plus.
● Excellent understanding of architectural and design principles.
● Strong visual sense and an eye for detail.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
● Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
