Qualifications: B-arch/ BSc interior designer/3D visualizer
Experience: 3-5years
Languages - Tamil, English (speak & write)
Timings - +:30Am to 6:30 Pm
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
2.3D Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renders to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
3.2D Drawings: Develop precise 2D drawings and technical illustrations to support project documentation and implementation.
4.Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling 3D and 2D presentations to clients, showcasing design ideas and concepts.
5.Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients to discuss design ideas, gather feedback, and refine project direction based on their needs.
6.Material Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials that align with the project vision and budget.
7.Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure that execution aligns with design specifications and address any issues that arise during implementation.
8.Design Explanation: Clearly articulate design concepts and rationales to clients, team members, and site engineers, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals.

10.Final Submissions: Prepare and submit final 3D and 2D designs to site engineers, providing thorough explanations to facilitate seamless execution.
• Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2.Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D and 2D design.
3.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Vray, Enscape, sketch up, lumion, Autocad )
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
5.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
