Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong passion for transforming spaces and bringing concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape to support high-quality design presentations and client approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Develop interior design concepts and mood boards in line with the client’s vision.
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using SketchUp.
Produce high-quality renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion and Enscape.
Select and source materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design intent.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and present design proposals and visualizations to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
