Key Responsibilities
Design Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, and develop design concepts that reflect their style and preferences.
Space Planning: Create effective space plans that optimize the use of space while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential interiors.
Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that complement the design concept and meet client expectations.
Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Client Presentations: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback to refine the design.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape
Key Requirements
Experience: 2-6 years of experience in interior design, specifically in residential projects.
Education: Graduation in Interior Design or a relevant degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-end residential projects
Membership in professional design organizations
