Responsibilities:
Client Collaboration: Meeting with clients to understand their vision, needs, and project requirements.
Concept Development: Creating design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas.
Space Planning: Developing detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and space arrangements.
Material Selection: Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on design concepts and client preferences.
Technical Drawings: Preparing detailed drawings, elevations, and specifications for construction and installation.
Budgeting and Scheduling: Creating project budgets, managing costs, and establishing timelines.
Project Coordination: Collaborating with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Sourcing: Finding and selecting furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
Quality Control: Overseeing the installation and implementation of the design, ensuring it aligns with the design plans and client expectations.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices
