Full job description

Position Overview: We are seeking 2+ year of experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate/workplace interior design, with the ability to lead projects from concept to execution. Experience in running one's own design studio will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Collaborate with clients, design leaders, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop innovative design solutions that align with client needs and company standards.

Project Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accurate execution of design plans. Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design-related issues that arise during construction.

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Material and Product Selection: Research and recommend suitable materials, furniture, and fixtures that meet design specifications and budget constraints. Prepare detailed specifications and procurement lists for project implementation.

Client Interaction: Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary. Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹66,666.00 per month
