The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of color, lighting, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
Select furniture, materials, lighting, and accessories.
Oversee installation and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
Ensure design execution aligns with project timeline and budget.
Stay updated on design trends and materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
5+ years of residential design experience.
Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
