We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Urbanich. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and creative designs for residential and commercial spaces. The Interior Designer will work closely with clients to determine their specific requirements and design spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and present design concepts to clients
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet client needs and specifications
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for projects
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories for each project
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
• Manage and supervise construction and installation of designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and design software
• Ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer
• Strong design skills, including color coordination, space planning, and material selection
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
