Job Description
to 3 yrs of relevant experience of having worked on first cut, layout drawings, elevations & GFC with Architecture & interior Designing firms on Hi end Residential / Retail and Hospitality Projects.
· Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputed college; preferably a full time course. Proficient in ACAD / MS office / E-mail communication
· Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, site coordinator & vendors.
· Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium Villas Residential / commercial / hospitality projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 3 to 5 star hotels, high end restaurants etc.
· Candidate should helps in developing the design in software such as AutoCAD and also suggests improvements to the clients to increase appeal of their spaces, be it residential or commercial.
· Candidate should ensures that the safety and design standards are followed in all the projects undertaken by the firm.
· To prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility should have excellent execution & communication skills (English & Hindi).
Highly talented in visualizing, conceptualizing & designing, articulate in design presentation working as a part of a team on corporate / residential projects.
Candidate should have handled multiple projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
Strong visual and aesthetic skill set, with great attention to detail.
· Make presentations of concepts to be used in the project, structures, interiors, setting project schedule, estimates, BOQ, design concepts, lay outing.
· Providing green interior design solutions as per the client's requirements.
· Coordinating with site team at the time of execution. Aligning the existing design process with ISO standards.
· Should be open to travelling Pan India.
