We are seeking a talented, experienced Interior, Kitchen Designer with minimum of 2 yrs of experience in interior design software. Interior, Kitchen Designer will be responsible for creating innovative interior spaces, with focus on kitchen design, that meet client requirements & exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in industry-standard software, & passion for creating inspiring living spaces.Interior Design: Conceptualize & create interior design concepts for residential & commercial spaces, considering aesthetics, functionality, & client preferences.Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.Kitchen Design: Specialize in kitchen design, including layout planning, cabinetry design, appliance selection, & material specification.Design custom kitchen solutions that optimize space utilization & enhance workflow efficiency.Client Consultation: Conduct client consultations to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, & budget constraints.Present design concepts, mood boards, & material samples to clients for review & approval.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept development to completion.Coordinate with contractors, vendors & other stakeholders to ensure project timelines & budgets are met.Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp & Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed drawings & visualizations.Stay updated on the latest software updates and advancements to enhance design capabilities.Material Selection: Source & specify materials, finishes, fixtures & furnishings that align with design concepts & client requirements.Maintain knowledge of current trends & innovations in interior design materials & products.Qualifications:Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
