Meeting up with clients face to face to understand them closely.
• Being able to communicate well to understand their needs.
• Explain themes and concepts.
• Designing.
• Get to know about the client's budget and provide the designs that are achievable in that budget.
• Providing and creating designs that are functional, aesthetic, and meet the technical needs.
• Preparing the timeline and achieving the committed timeline given for individual projects.
• Taking site measurements and preparing CADD documents.
• Preparing 3d models and presenting rendered images.
• Selecting/assisting with material selection.
• Preparing production drawings using Auto-CADD.
• Preparing BOQs.
• Being a communication bridge between the client and the team (Execution & Sales).
• Assisting Interior designers if required.
