We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials to communicate ideas effectively.
Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings.
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs, resolve any issues, and ensure quality control.
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technology to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, project management, and exceptional service.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in corporate or commercial projects.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent visual and spatial design skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
