Looking for design enthusiasts with a flair for creativity, a passion for interiors, and a desire to make a mark in the industry. The following qualifications are essential for this role:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Interior Design, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects. We welcome candidates who excel in translating design concepts into real-world solutions.
• Strong knowledge of design software, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, PPT, Vray, MS Office, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients. Collaborative effectiveness with team members is crucial.
• Strong attention to detail, enabling effective project management across multiple endeavors simultaneously.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations, as well as construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Craft luxury furniture designs in alignment with brand standards, ensuring a cohesive and unique aesthetic.
• Develop and present design concepts through captivating presentations, incorporating the brand's identity into every detail.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing personalized design consultations and interpreting their vision for the space.
• Understand and incorporate client preferences into design proposals, delivering recommendations that align with both client tastes and brand ethos.
• Manage information flow regarding ongoing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing design software for conceptualization and presentation.
• Execute on-site responsibilities, overseeing space planning, material selections, and the design process to ensure project success.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in interior design, furniture, and related industries, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to projects
