Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer/Architect. The Interior Designer/Architect will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interiors for various projects. They will also work on selecting and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications
• Experience in space planning, architecture, and interior design
• Proficiency in creating construction drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project teams
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
