Mission: Interior Designer (AutoCAD 2D Layouts & 3D Renderings)

The Interior Designer at TRIOS will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetic, and sustainable office interiors that align with client requirements. This role involves developing precise AutoCAD 2D layouts and high-quality 3D renderings to visualize office designs, ensuring seamless project execution while adhering to sustainability and ergonomic design principles.

Outcomes (Key Objectives & Metrics for Success)

1. 2D Space Planning & Technical Drawings (Month 1–3)

✅ Deliver 100% accurate and detailed 2D AutoCAD layouts for at least 3-5 office projects per month.

✅ Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, ergonomic principles, and sustainability guidelines.

✅ Incorporate efficient MEP, HVAC, and lighting system planning into the layouts.

2. 3D Renderings & Visualization (Month 1–6)

✅ Create 3-5 photorealistic 3D renderings per project, using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent software, within agreed timelines.

✅ Achieve 80%+ first-approval rate from clients by producing high-quality, realistic visualizations.

✅ Incorporate sustainable material finishes and modern design elements into renderings.

3. Client Collaboration & Revisions (Ongoing)

✅ Work closely with the sales and project teams to present 3D visualizations that align with client expectations.

✅ Ensure at least 90% of requested design revisions are completed within 3 working days.

✅ Conduct at least 2 site visits per project to align design vision with on-ground execution.

4. Innovation & Sustainability Integration (Ongoing)

✅ Research and recommend at least 3 innovative green building materials per quarter for projects.

✅ Ensure at least 50% of designs incorporate GreenPro-certified, IGBC-compliant, or sustainable materials.

✅ Introduce at least one new space optimization or ergonomic design concept per quarter to enhance workspaces.

Competencies (Key Skills & Traits Required for Success)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & 3D Rendering Software – Strong command over AutoCAD for 2D layouts and SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent for 3D visualizations.
• Attention to Detail & Technical Accuracy – Ability to create precise layouts with clear dimensions, annotations, and MEP integrations.
• Creativity & Aesthetic Sense – Strong design sensibility to create modern, functional, and visually appealing office spaces.
• Sustainability & Green Building Knowledge – Understanding of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient lighting, and sustainable design practices.
• Client Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to explain design concepts clearly, take feedback constructively, and deliver revisions efficiently.
• Project Coordination & Deadline Management – Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to adjust designs based on space constraints, client feedback, and technical feasibility.
