Newline Engineers and Designers is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with expertise in AutoCAD to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves the design and execution of both commercial and residential spaces. The Interior Designer will play a key role in space planning, architecture, 3D design, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts, space planning, and architectural layouts for various projects.
• Produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring all designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Execute high-quality interior designs, including FF&E selection, to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Manage and coordinate 3D design presentations, effectively communicating design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging design tools to maintain a high standard of work.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in space planning and architecture, with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Expertise in creating detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, and proficiency in interior design and FF&E selection.
• Strong creativity and design sensibility, with the ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp and Enscape is preferred.
