Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design requirements and preferences.
● Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.
● Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
● Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories.
● Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
● Provide excellent client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
● Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
● A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
● 3-4 years of professional interior design experience.
● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
● Strong knowledge of materials, colour schemes, and furniture trends.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
● Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Membership in a relevant design association is a plus.

Thorough in 3D and 2D n proficiency in Sketchup, Vray, AUTOCAD, MS office Must be having a Laptop and a 2 wheeler for site visita and factory visit.
Preparing quotation and payments collections from customers.
Working laptop is compulsory for rendering.
Interaction with factories with drawings and interaction with carpenters, plumbers and electricians.
Ensuring customers satisfaction for project completion
Good written and speaking skills in English
Speaking skills in Kannada
Skills of design software: AUTOCAD
Sketchup Vray Enscape
VRay/Enscape rendering
3DS Max
Cutlist knowledge is essential
Candidates from Bangalore and surrounding areas will be given preference.
