Job Description
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for house renovations
Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts
Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends
Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval, including floorplans, renderings and interior design etc
Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients
Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained
Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends
To be successful you will have:
Excellent in drawings software (RevitLumion…)
Proficient in Microsoft Software (WordPPTExcel…)
Excellent in graphic design software (PhotoshopAIID…)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
Highly organized, planner and problem solver
Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent education background
1-2 years of previous experience in interior design is preferential
