Experience : 4-8 Years

Qualification : Any Graduation

Work Location : Brookefield, Bengaluru.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Engaging with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.

2. Developing detailed design plans, including floor plans, color schemes, furniture selections, and material choices.

3. Creating and presenting design concepts and proposals to clients, explaining the rationale and benefits.

4. Pitching interior design solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.

5. Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of design projects, including product sourcing and installation.

6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.

7. Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and client management.

8. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.

Skills :

1. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp), understanding of design principles and industry standards.

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide excellent customer service.

4. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Understanding of building codes, materials, and relevant regulations.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software.
