Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and design-savvy Interior Designer cum Sales Representative who can blend creativity with sales and customer success. This role involves 3D designing, telecalling, sales activities, quotation generation, project coordination, on-site client meetings, and customer success management. You will play a critical role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring project execution meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interior Design & Visualization:
• Create 3D designs, layouts, and renders for customer projects.
• Provide design consultations and suggest functional & aesthetic improvements.
• Work with clients to understand their preferences and deliver tailored design solutions.
2. Sales & Customer Engagement:
• Proactively engage leads via telecalling, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to explain Carpento’s offerings.
• Convert leads into customers by understanding their requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
• Provide on-site consultations to clients as required.
• Earn conversion-based incentives for every successful sale.
3. On-Site Client Meetings & Project Management:
• Conduct on-site visits for requirements gathering, measurements, and design discussions.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are accurately translated into design and execution.
• Oversee on-site project execution and coordination with the operations team to ensure timely completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and project teams.
4. Quotation & Project Coordination:
• Generate and track quotations based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and project teams for pricing and execution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and project progress.
• Follow up on pending quotes and close deals efficiently.
5. Customer Success & Relationship Management:
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to project completion.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for feedback and referrals.
• Earn conversion-based incentives for ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in interior design, sales, or customer success.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
• Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and home interior trends is a plus.
• Experience in quotation generation and tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel, or CRM software) is advantageous.
