Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Handling:
Manage client interactions, ensuring their vision is realized.
Prepare compelling interior and furniture presentations using PowerPoint.
Design and Documentation:
Create detailed furniture drawings and interior layout plans.
Develop 3D models using SketchUp to visualize designs.
Generate accurate quotations and cost estimates using MS Excel.
Vendor and Project Management:
Identify and coordinate with vendors to meet project requirements.
Supervise and oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an interior designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
Proficiency in SketchUp, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other. relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of furniture design and space planning.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
