Job Brief
We are looking for a high-performing motivated personnel with experience in business development of Architectural and Decorative Lighting Products /Architectural Products to help us
meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in a niche market thus keeping our company competitive and innovative.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relations with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and High End Clients. You will closely work with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Positive attitude, interest and willingness to understand lighting product and technology portfolio.
• We are looking for highly motivated specialists having experience in business development of Architectural and Decorative Lighting Products / Architectural Products,
having good connects with architectural and interior design firms
• Developing and maintaining relations with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors andHigh End Clients.
• Taking ownership for completion of assigned tasks.
• Conversion of leads, enquiries, product-specified projects to sales Team.
• Support marketing, promotion and training activities.
• Creating brand presence through social media and reaching the target clientele.
• Strong interpersonal skills: good listener, respectful, approachable, engaging.
• Flexible with work schedule specifically for evening demonstration events.
• Professional and positive conduct in words, actions, body language and grooming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess excellent team player skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Open to travel as and when required.
• Sales experience with premium brands or service-oriented industry preferable.
• Education: Engineering / Architectural or Design Graduate /Management Graduate /Lighting Design.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹+,+5+.61 - ₹35,000.00 per month
