The Kitchen Designer & Sales Executive is a dual role that combines creative design with sales expertise. You will be responsible for designing custom kitchens tailored to our clients' needs and preferences while also driving sales by building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Consultation:
- Meet with clients to understand their kitchen needs, preferences, and budget.
- Create innovative kitchen designs.
- Present design concepts and make revisions based on client feedback.
- Advise clients on materials, finishes, appliances, and layout to optimize functionality and style.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including detailed cost estimates.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals.
- Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of designs, sales, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and project status to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer or Interior Designer.
- Strong sales experience, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
