Job Description
1. Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. This involves discussing the purpose of the space, desired style, and any specific requirements or constraints.
2. Space Planning: Developing floor plans and layouts to optimize the use of space. This includes arranging furniture, fixtures, and other elements to ensure functionality and flow.
3. Concept Development: Creating design concepts and themes that align with the client’s vision. This may involve sketching ideas, creating mood boards, and selecting color schemes and materials.
4. Material and Finish Selection: Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings. This includes selecting paint colors, flooring, fabrics, lighting fixtures, and other design elements.
5. Design Documentation: Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for contractors and vendors. This includes creating blueprints, 3D renderings, and technical drawings to guide the implementation of the design.
6. Project Management: Overseeing the execution of the design plan. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
7. Furniture and Decor Sourcing: Selecting and sourcing furniture, artwork, accessories, and other decorative elements. This may involve visiting showrooms, attending trade shows, or working with vendors to find the best options.
8. Client Communication: Keeping clients informed throughout the project. This involves providing updates, addressing any concerns, and making adjustments based on client feedback.

Requirements:
Experience – 4 Years Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, En-scape, Lumion).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
