The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating realistic 3D visualizations of interior spaces, helping to bring our clients visions to life. This role requires close collaboration with our design team to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations of interior design projects, including residential, commercial, and office spaces.Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop detailed 3D models from initial concept through to final presentation.Translate 2D plans and sketches into 3D models, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Incorporate textures, materials, and lighting to create realistic and visually appealing renderings.Participate in client meetings to present 3D designs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software advancements to continuously improve the quality of 3D visualizations.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all renderings and visualizations.Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and V-Ray.Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Excellent understanding of design principles, including color, texture, and spatial arrangements.Ability to create highly detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong time management and organizational skills.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.A creative and collaborative work environment.Exposure to a wide range of projects and the opportunity to work with a talented team of designers and architects.How to Apply:If you are a passionate and talented 3D Designer looking to join a dynamic and innovative design firm, we would love to hear from you. As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.

You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.
• To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
• To own Customer Experience during a project
• To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
• To own an end to end Project lifecycle.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduation / relevant Diploma 15 years' of Academic education.
• Minimum Experience 2 yrs as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Residential projects.
• Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
• Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
• Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
• Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
• Holds behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
• Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
